Wesley was incredibly helpful. He responded within 30 minutes & fixed our immediate problem with a little silicone caulk free of charge! We will need to replace our flat roof soon, and will definitely use Watermark Exteriors when that time comes.

He was very professional in every aspect of this job from inspection, estimation, scheduling, to managing the actual installation and providing status updates at every stage of the work. We had a small leak pop up last night that I couldn't tell where it was from. I called Wesley in the morning and within a couple hours he was here. While it was still raining he went up to find the problem. Within 30 minutes he found a few loose nails in a small area that were the culprit. He pulled them out and sealed everything up. Great service and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys to anyone!

They showed up on site with the adjuster from the insurance company and made sure our quote was accurate! They came and got the job done in a timely fashion.
